Dr. Sierra Montgomery is a physical therapist passionate about helping you move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what you love. She specializes in general orthopedics and pelvic health, with a special place in her heart for working with athletes of all ages - especially pregnant and postpartum moms.
She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, graduating with high honors and receiving the Stanley V. Paris and Catherine E. Patla Award for Excellence in Manual Therapy.
Her approach is simple: movement is powerful. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to optimize your overall health, she’s there to support you every step of the way.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her coaching at HIIT Logic La Pine (which she owns with her husband, Jarred) or spending time with her husband and daughter.
